320 v6 12v 12 plugs fault
my friend has a 3.2 v6 129 sl. it has 12 plugs.
it starts and runs fine til it warms up then stops. wont start untill cooled down. no smell of fuel when hot crank. if it was a 124 i would say vop rely, but stumped... crank sensor maybe? can any one help?

seems like its the crank sensor, also its got 18 valves, not 12!

Yup, most likely the crankshaft position sensor in the bell housing.

Can you put a timing light on it when it won't start and check for spark when cranking?
Is the fuel pump running when cranking?
