Need photos of a 90-92 500SL M119

Can somebody post pictures of their early 90s 500SL engine?
I have found lots of pretty pictures of spiffy motors, but I need to see what's hiding under those plastic covers on top.

For instance, that sensors, wire harness and plumbing up there.

If you happen to have a complete motor outside a car, photos of the front and sides would be gravy.

photos of what this should look like would be most helpful.

The cruise module points up instead of forward and you can see a sensor connect sheared, as it was right behind the cruise module.
