Pre 1980's SL vin in EPC
I have a vin for a 1978 450SL that I'd like to look at in EPC. My friend that owns the car gave me the vin and there is no WDBA in it so I dont know how to make it work in EPC.

I recall just sticking the vin of my friends 76 300D into EPC and it pulled up right away. Perhaps I put a WDB in front of it?

well in EPC it has the WDB in a drop down window then an area for the rest of the vin. Still not working.

I just tested it. The vin of a 78 450SL on ebay is 10704412046851. I put WDB10704412046851 into the EPC and it works fine. (WDB in the drop down, and WDB in front of the VIN).
