what's this thing?

While changing out th rear wheel bearings I came across this detached link. It attaches to the rear of the brake deflector plate and to a torsion arm. It seems to limit the range of the trailing arm but not sure. Is this link able to be purchased? Is there a repair kit?

Ya, looks like a sway bar end link to me. I replaced mine. They were some sorta poly material. Easy to install.
