These guys rock

Not sure of the etiquette of plugging a business on the forum, so if I am out of bounds, let me know and I'll delete but...

I just bought a set of 20 chromed wheel bolts for my 450SL from Golden State Factory Wheels. $51.00 included shipping from CA to SC and I had them in three days! Excellent quality and great to deal with.

Again, hope this is OK to post. I have no affiliation with them.

As the owner of one perfect and one beat-up set of chrome lugs, do not let a mechanic or tire installer even SEE them.

That is why I love my chrome "caps".

Always chromey and shiny....covering the beat up lug bolts.

To protect the lug bolts , use a nylon socket. The Porsche guys use them because the cars use aluminium nuts.
