If you are talking about the chrome rails that are mounted length wise and a few inches from the sides (not drip rails along the far left and right sides), they are both available through the dealer at roughly $250 each. The part numbers are:

A1076980381 Garnish Molding Left

A1076980481 Garnish Molding Right

You can look up the part numbers on the EPC. MB has them.
Also post which pieces you need on this forum and BenzWorld.org 107 forum.

Sl Hardtop Parts

Thank you for that info!
I will go back to the EPC and look at it again.

Respectfully,

I'm sure you already purchased these but Phil from Peach Parts could get you genuine for less than what you would pay at your local dealer.

FWIW, failing to use a stand for your hardtop (i.e., laying it on the floor) is AUTOMATIC damage to both of the parts under the rear side windows ($400 in parts). Even if you don't dent/smash them, you will bend them and they won't line up with the rest of the trim anymore. "Re-forming" them is impossible.

If $500/set is the true price, it may be better to find a whole hardtop for parts. I have seen them in my area for less than $100 sometimes.

^^^^

Also consider that you will need to remove the headliner to install. Who know what else will need to be replaced during the operation.?

Hard Top Rails

Hi, how you doing

I just scrapped my old hard top, 1972 rotten as a pear all the way round, the two mouldings are held on by six pop rivets each, i would hate to have to get to these with the intention of keeping the hard top, the roof lining would be have to come off, which, from what i could make of it would entail removing most of the internal trim, this would be a pain to get back properly.
If you are determined to replace these moulding you could always slit the roof lining along the lenght of the mouldings, drill the rivets and fix the roof lining somehow once the mouldings were replaced.
You might find replacing the whole hard top with a used one far easier, quicker and cheaper.

Good luck

OP never posted which parts he needed.
EPC will identify the part numbers and a search of different dealer web sites will get the lowest prices. Always pays to shop around.

Not allowed to post to post links to those sites here.

I will make a WAG that just the parts to replace all the brightwork will be well north of $1500, and that's AFTER you get a deal.

The problem is, that virtually every one of them hasn't been stored properly, and has the same problems that your hardtop may have! Been there, done that, and they didn't even give me a t-shirt after driving 200 miles to pick up a "Nearly perfect" top.
