The US 1976 cas was a "smog" version & the fuel mixture was leaner & timing was less than on almost all other cars.

Tanx, but it did not really answer my question. I know the timing etc is different for the 1976 model, but I need to know if it was only for the USA model and whether the 1976 model which came to Australia was set up differently.
