expected maintenance/repairs

I just read the previous thread, about customary changing of fuel injectors at about 145,000 miles. I'm now curious. My 73 450sl has about 114,000 miles. What types of major maintenance and repairs should I expect in the next 30 to 40 thousand miles? What if anything typically starts to go wrong at these miles?
