The fuel pressure is in specs - upper and lower chamber.
The cold start valve is not leaking, the way I tested it - pulled it out and start cranking the
engine and nothing was coming...then disconnected it and pressurized with 90psi air+carb cleaner and nothing comes up either unless 12v is applied to it.
Air valve works well too.

Hmm this is a tough one. Wondering now if the regulator is bad. Sounds like everything is in specs. Is the fuel pump OE?

Yes, indeed is a tough one.
The fuel pressure regulator - I tested it as unscrewing the return line from it and no fuel was coming out.I guess it it OK?
One of the fuel pump is OEM Bosch , the other one is aftermarket AIRTEX brand.
The system pressure measured at the FD is 92 psi and 86psi lower chamber.

The only thing I am not if it works 100% is the used FD...but how can I really test it?

do you have the Ben Watson book on Tuning a Bosch Fuel injection system? One chapter is devoted to Kjet with Lamda systems, 20 pages or so. Id be glad to PDF it to you if you PM me your email or I could snail mail you a copy.
Let me know. I am outta suggestions, athough rough running is a symptom of a bad FD
