The W129 thas 3 fuse locations?

I am aware of two fuse locations: 1) drivers side engine compartment, 2) forward trunk wall behind a small vertically sliding access plate. I ran accross a post that stated "Check all 3 fuse locations." Where is the 3rd?

Thanks

Crew

If someone was quoting directly from a book, yes there is 3 fuse locations. if you examine the main F1 fusebox, the one under the hood, that main fusebox has 2 panels. MB decided that this smaller panel, the smaller panel on the right side of the main panel, needs it's own number, I believe they call it F3, not sure about that. There may also be some fuses towards the rear of that box under the screwed down panel.
In addition to this and the rear fusebox you mentioned, there are also several fuses in the Base Module, which is over on the right side of the underhood area. Depends on the model though, I'm not sure if the CIS-E cars had a BM. You may also have a fuse in the fule pump relay, which is the green relay located in the area of the battery. I've seen this fuse get knocked out of place by an owner wanting to remove and recharge his battery, it caused a no-start concern, no fuel pressure because the pump didn't run obviously, took me a little while to stumble onto that!
