R129 Head Rest Removal: How?

Ok since I see the head rests advertised on eBay, there must be a way to remove them.

Anyone know how?

There are early and late seats so the method may differ. ( 96 should be the first year for the new type. )

There might be a seat dissassembly vid on utube or similar.

The headrests are removed by pulling the cushion then taking the seatbelt tower apart. The headrest is bolted into the vertical motorized adjuster assembly.
