SL 450 1977

Hi. I am new in SL family. I bought my self SL 450 1977.
Is here someone who can help me with some tips? I have problem to start my car. I washed a fuel tank, replaced fuel filter, gas kit for fuel distributor, got new fuel injectors.
I cant understand where is the problem. Can it be fuel pump? or Fuel accumulator? Pressure before fuel distributor is 3.2 bar.
Please help.

If it is a 107.044 it is a 450SL not SL 450.
