recommanded oil

well summer is comming and it will get fairly hot here in CA what is the recommanded engine oil for the sl 500 to keep that oil pressure gage from dropping I hate when I see the pressure drops almost to 1 yeah it was 97C outside on sunday normal driving and when I stopped that think was almost at "1"

I use Mobil 1 15-50. It should work fine for you too.

official MB recc oil weights reference info should listed in your car's manual- - you can match the recc oil weight based upon your climate

if you don't have one, you may order one from you local MB dealer
