1975 Mercedes 450SL -- Audio Question
Hi there. First post. Just purchased and am restoring a 1975 450SL. My "guy" leading the restoration effort was an authenticity judge back at the Concourse in the early 80's in the Mercedes flights.
But one thing he just doesn't know a whole lot about is the factory audio that came with the vehicle. What I'm trying to locate is the original radio that was built into the dashboard. If I can figure that out, well then perhaps I can find a way to purchase one. So my first inclination was to ask here on the forum. Can anyone help? Thanks! |

There are a number of 1975 SL owners on the BW 107 forum. Some of them may have 'upgraded' their radios to a more modern type. It may be worthwhile posting on the R/C107 SL/SLC Class 'For Sale/Trade/Buy' section over there. Someone may have a used period radio. R/C107 SL/SLC Class - Mercedes-Benz Forum
