I am 57 ,my first SL was 18 years ago a 72 350SL Red euro model, my 2nd a 72 350SL Green also euro model sold it on eBay to Norway.My 3rd SL was a 92 300SL Black and now I have a 90 500SL White.

70. I was foolish enough to sell my really nice 1985 911 cabriolet, thinking I was getting too old. What a mistake. But the SL500 makes me feel a lot better. It’s no sports car, but if driven fairly hard, it’s pretty damn sporty.

I am 77 yr old.. had my 1980 280 SL for 37 years now.. I am planning on being buried in it.. Runs great prolly cuz it is a straight six overhead cam with a 4 speed manual..
