The love of your life?

Just read the results of an international survey in my local paper.

It says that 78% of all American men love their car more than anything else.

Only 78%?

It's been so bloody cold here (high about 18F yesterday) that the roads are dry. Got the Benz out of its storage garage today and drove it 20 miles or so for exercise, and found myself thinking all over again, "Damn, I love this car!"
Fortunately, I have been known to have similar thoughts about my wife, but it's a really close call...

For the peace and stability of a 31 year-old marriage, I had very early on learnt to say: "Sure I love you, but there's something else that comes second place..."

(Don't ask me how much pain it took to learn this clever strategy...)

Actually, that equipment residing between our loins is what men revere most of all! We define who we are by it!

We just try to showcase our reverence to that personal acquisition by surrounding it with an attractive metal package!

Great looking car Ken!

Ken,
I noticed that your SL had the HID headlamps. Where did you purchase? I want them on my little 320, I think the wipers and the plastic around the headlights look cluttered, the HID lamps give a better, modern, look to the car. Let me know! Thanks!
Brian
PS, by the way I really love my car too!

Brian,

They were on the SL when I bought it. They weren't a real buying incentive for me until afterward when I found out the cost! Now I'm really pleased.
