Hard wire V1 and Escort laser shifter

I removed the phone from the dash does anyone know if I can get an adaptor plug to hook up to the old phone plug that would supply a switched 12v power. I want to put my V1 and the laser shifter in the space from removing the phone. Thanks for any help or suggestions. Dairel
