1992 500sl - high idle in park
Hello all
My 500sl is idling erratically (and high ) in Park only. 1000 to 1500. Climate control does not seem to have an effect. Idles well in Drive and Neutral. No dash lights or other issues. Any ideas? I am hoping it is not the idle control valve. Matt

Will the engine start in N, or only in P? The question is related to a signal supplied by the neutral safety switch (NSS) to the idle control module (ICM).
