Mystery water leak.
Cooling water tank light came on. I refilled the tank and within 5 min the light came on again and the tank was half empty. Repeated the filling and same thing happened again. When I pulled out I noticed that there was water under the car.

I just had the same happen to me, is the pump running?(it was my headlamp washer system) if so disconnect it, there are failures involving the operation of the washer pump to the headlights. If it is not running you need to remove the tank and check it for leaks. If you have a warmer in the tank check that too. Good luck!
