Thumbs up Benzmobility-Super Service

I used Benzmobility for the first time this weekend after reading the reviews from this site. I can honestly say that John is the real deal. He arrived promptly and did all of the sevices we had discussed. He was very knowledgeable about Mercedes and completed all tasks both neatly and quickly. But I feel one thing that should be said that is often overlooked when giving reviews is the fact that John is really a very honest person as well. He does a great job and is very reasonable compared to the dealer. I will never use anyone else to work on my 210.
for a good deal and an oppurtunity to actually have someone work on your car as if it were their own you can't go wrong with benzmobility. Give John a call @ 404.723.1346 you will not be dissapointed.

I spoke with this john character on several occasions; I must admit he returns emails. However, he (john) could never provide service to me. First, his price was $100 to come out to my house and an additional $100 to check my light bulb problem. Next, he only works on late model MBís; I guess 2003 thru 2006. However, he did give me his friend phone number.

Wait a minute here Red Sl.
I don't know what John you talked to,but you did not talk to John from benzmobility(me).
First of all,I never charge $100 to anyone for a service call.
I normally charge $25.00 for a call and that price is waived if I perform any work to the vehicle.
Second I have never charged $100.00 to replace light bulbs in a vehicle.
Either you have your Johns mixed up or you are just trying to start trouble with negative,dishonest feedback.
I would like for you to be honest next time you spout off like that.
If you are the guy I am thinking about, you had questions about sunvisors,and some other trim parts.
I gave you wholesale and retail prices for the parts plus labor.
You declined the work and decided the car was not worth putting that kind of money into.
The light bulb scenario could have been anything,and if there was a quote for $100.oo it would have been a ballpark for electrical diagnosis.
You have your late model facts wrong as well.
Sounds like you need to go elsewhere to vent your negativity,cause your lies are not going to work with me.

PS. The I'm with stupid signs just show a severe indication of immaturity and bitterness.

I argee John, posting negative information about a person/company on the internet is hurtful, especially if you are talking about the wrong person/company.


Keep it up John, and Red SL, I pray that you got your John's in order, because what you posted does not reflect the John from Benzmobility.

Thanks WMB,
I just wanted to state that if Red SL is who I think he is, then it must be that if and when he talked to me, he was expecting for me to come up with this magical quote from the parts Gods that would cancel out all other parts quotes and that I would drive 50 miles one way to install theese parts for free. Remember, I have to pay for theese parts too.
You can't please everybody, but wow, I never had anybody get so bitter and decide to make negative remarks and insults a year after the fact, especially when the conversation that I'm thinking of was very friendly in nature on both sides.
Sl, if you were having a bad day,I will understand, but I would like an apology if you feel so inclined to do so.
