John came by my office last week to do some work on my wife's ML350. I have to say that the service was outstanding and he gave me some great information about my wife's car as well as some good info about Mercedes in general.

John was just as advertised on this board: prompt, courteous, and HONEST. I think that I have just found my Mercedes mechanic going forward.
