I shoud'nt be telling you folks about this guy he's the best. I walked into his shop no appt. had a bad PSE pump. I had it out of the car, he said bring it in and I'll take a look.
Long story short new one $800.00 he, did not reccommend a rebuilt, he looked around his shop found 4 or 5 he had replaced took the moters out tested them until he found on that worked, and would fit in my box wired it up, and sent me one my way.
I had never seen this guy before, he spent 2 1/2 hours working on the problem. $200.00.
I will never go back to Baker (the Mercedes Dealer) this guy is great.

I have heard nothing but good concerning German Auto Repair. Star motors is another good shop on Bees Ferry road (if they are still open. It's been a few years).

Baker has changed in the last decade.

I agree, German Auto is great/ I have never been overcharged or waited too long for any repair. The man that owns the shop has always helped us locate anything we have needed for our DYI projects as well, he also calls himself. For anything that we can't do at home I wouldn't even consider anywhere else.

Hans at German Auto is fantastic, when I can't do the job myself for whatever reason, I take it to Hans. I also enjoy visiting and talking with the folks at Star Motors, I've had a couple small things done there and their service was great and prices are fair.

Both are a great resource even if you just need a referral to a specialty shop for something they don't do (like front end alignment).
