Good tire shop in Raleigh/Cary
This isn't MB specific but too good to let go without paying a complement.
I ordered some tires online from Discount Tire/America's Tire for delivery to the same store on St Charles Place in Cary. The date came, I was there bright and early....the tires were not. The manager, TJ, was as professional and polite as could be and promised to call when they arrived. I got the call four hours after the appointment time, drove back to the store and he met me at the door. He then put two guys to work on my car, excused himself, and joined them. My car was done in 18 minutes. The best part...for my 'trouble' he gave me free chrome covered valve stems (not that I needed them) and $22 off my bill. Go see TJ and Noah at Discount Tire in Cary on St. Charles Place. They know customer service.

Cool. Yesterday I made a date for Monday at the Durham Discount Tire for a new set on the E300...

I don't know the Durham store but my experience with the Cary store and the (only) one in Winston-Salem, I think they have a good business model and are doing the right thing. Let us know how the Durham store works out.

I really like the TireKing on Miami. They'll do their best to match TireRack.com too. Excellent service and they even offer a ride to and from work while they're working on your car. I highly recommend them.
