Good Indie Shop in Columbia, SC
Even though I have lived in Columbia for 10+ years, it took me all that time to find this place... its called Sussex Motors and here is their address
(803) 736-4442 8370 Old Percival Rd, Columbia, SC 29223 They are a real honest "old timer" type of shop who specialize in old classic cars... from Rolls Royce to my w123 to my e500, they did it all in a timely manner and their quality of work was great... they'll even give you advice if you want to fix it yourself SOOOOO much better then the dealer in Columbia (you all know what I mean if you've ever been there)

Good to know, I'm only 45 minutes away. I've taken my car all the way up to Candler, near Asheville. Gary's Automotive there is great, and we just like the area.

The owner goes by "Kip" so don't call him "Rutherridge" or something like that. And yes, Dick Dyer MB is miserable.
