Good MB Shop in Nashville?
Just looking for a good shop to take 95 E320 wagon for service.
Thanks |
Well, you can go to the dealer or you can go to Stuttgart South -- an independent MB only shop. They are a little bit cheaper than the dealer and I don't always agree with them, BUT they will ALWAYS do the job correctly. They are on 6th or 7th Ave downtown. If you go to Stuttgart make sure to tell them that Phillip sent you. They are fully behind the MBCA, as well.
I have also heard of Bloodworth in the Franklin area but I have no real knowledge of them. I'm in Nashville, too (obviously), If you see an unbelievably pristine, glossy black pearl 190 whiz by -- that'll be me. brookspw |
Thanks for the info. I'll checkout both. I currently use the dealer and they have been really great, but also really expensive:eek:
I tend to zoom around nashville too. Thanks again for the info I'll let you know how things work out. I think my transmission needs work. It slips a little when acceleration is rapid. |

In Franklin, there is a place called Wurster's Foreign Car Repair. It is owned by an older German man, Fred, and operated by his son, Mike. I've never had to have any serious work done there, but I've taken my car there a few times when I needed to ask him a question. They were always very helpful, and they always seem to have a number of old MB in the shop. Mike Wurster also offers reasonably priced Kung Fu lessons at his studio across the street.
