replacing sunroof motor and drivers side window motor on '84 500 SEC
 

Im about to replace the sunroof motor and the drivers side front window motor. How much of an undertaking am I getting myself into? I have quite a bit of experience with cars and have always done most of the work myself.

if the sun roof motor is the same for sedans and coupes then i might have a spare motor for sale :)

if its just the motor (and not the cable) then it is located in the trunk on the driver side. peel back the carpeting and u will find where it is mounted. it took me about an hour to replace it. not necessarily hard to do just difficult to work into that small space. good luck
