On-off 70 % ratio Readout !
This is what I get when I check for duty cycle at pin 3 of the X11 connector with the engine running. It's a 93 190E 2.6L engine. Definition to this code is: (Implausable TNA-signal (rpm signal) at CIS-E control unit (N3).
Would anyone explain what this mean and how would it effect the drivibality of the car? What should I do? Thanks, Meza

Problem solved..
The coolant temperature sensor was disconnected from an earlier work on the car. Once connected, the duty cycle was fluctuating around 50% like it supposed to. Thanks for all the help.
