Low-speed downhill stall

my 300E has stalled twice recently when at very low speed (ie under 10mph) and going down a fairly steep incline.

It's not done this before, though it recently was in for inspection and I think my tech tweaked the timing a bit for the emissions- could this have anything to do with it?

cheers.

Do a search on fuel pump relay. You can resolder it, or should probably just replace it and keep your origianl resoldered one in the glovebox just incase. No one has responded because this topic has been beaten to death. Do a search, then post back if you have any other questions.
Thanks
David
