Anyone know if taillights from a 00-02 E class would fit a 98?
Would have sworn I saw a post about this retrofit.

The outer lights will fit perfectly.

The inner lights will need to be trimmed very slightly.

What does inner and outer lens mean? I thought the tail light is one assembly.

There are four pieces, just like the W208 CLKs

Inner = on the trunk

Outer = on the quarter panel
