The manual is available in a DVD, I have had mine for a few months. My dealer was not interested in ordering and MB wanted close to $200. The previous post seems to have a great price on this item, and less than what I paid. It is more info than I had, and would rate it a 7.5 out of 10. Some of the info is from the "intro to service" manual that I had, and some is from the "service bulletins". The details are general and you have to have some general knowledge of your car, a lot of pdfs . It does do 92 thru 99 and has electrical diagrams. I have had 123, 126 factory manuals and they had better pictures and work descriptions and I was more comfortable.
They do some reference to operations, but on some you can not find the info since there is no link, and you have to search.
So there..
