89-300CE thinks it's a Chrysler
Whenever it is humid or raining the idle rpm drops and idle becomes erratic. Sometimes it even stalls. I thought idle RPM is controled closed loop by the ICV and should remain steady. The O2 sensor is working so I would expect it to adjust fuel mixture to match air density. What gives? This happens even when the motor is dry.
