Torque Spec M104

What is the torque spec for the C36 (M104) Exhaust Manafold to Head nuts?

I found the torque for the exhaust manafold to the exhaust flanges is 30 NM?

I looked in my w124 service manual library under 1995 E320 because the engine is basically the same.

Anyone with the specs let me know.

While ya'll are looking it up I need the procedure/specs for the head bolts on the same car.
