At this point, I am not sure that my car is making any special noise or I am just hearing the normal diesel noise. Have mostly been driving quieter cars for several years now and perhaps just do not remember how noisy the 240D always has been. Intend doing some checking into it soon.

This weekend I intend to have my timing checked on the diesel pump and have the washers looked at and retorqued.
