my car looks like its too high and i would like to lower it a little. what is the cheapest and effective way to do it?? thanx for ur help

Install spring pads. They come in different sizes and identified by the number of nipples on the pad. Have the dealer look up the thinist.

one option would be the sportline upgrade.it has larger sway bars,lower springs.
