Front Axle Boot - 300E 4-Matic
The dealer shop told me I needed my left front axle boot replaced (at a cost of almost $500) on my 1992 300E 4-Matic.
Is this a reasonable price? What's the downside if I don't have it replaced? Can the boot be repaired adequately by a do-it-yourselfer? Any help is much appreciated... |
