Steve Brotherton hit my problem right on the head, I do have a kickdown switch and the throttle never gets to the switch, even when I've got the pedal all the way down. The throttle comes to about a 1/4 inch of hitting the switch when the mechanism on the injection pump hits the throttle stop.

Does the switch position adjust somehow (so I can raise it to contact the pedal) or do I have to somehow adjust the throttle linkage so the pedal will contact the floor kickdown switch.

Any help is appreciated...and again...
thanks Steve.

Joe
