I don’t know if this is the correct location but my 300 D came with a 250,000 km badge located on the driver’s side (LHD) top of the grill. I placed the 500,000 km badge I got recently directly below the first badge.

There is a form that you fill out, and go to your local MB dealer so that they can confirm your mileage. You send this form to MB USA in Montvale, NJ.

The first one is 250,000 km.

Call the Mercedes Customer Assistance Center 1-800-367-6372 and tell them you want the form for the high mileage program. Fill out the form and go by a dealership to get the mileage verified. The form has to be signed by a dealer rep. I think the form has space for three cars. I did two on one form and got only one badge. I had to reapply for the second one.

Just look at the two scales on your speedometer and you'll get a rough idea.

Many owners don’t know they’re eligible for one.
