300E blower test
 

I just bought a 88 300E I have every thing working but for the blower motor. It does not come on at all, any speed.
Fuses in main fuse box are all good. Outside fuse looks very overheated. There is no power to this fuse. What tests should I do to check operation before getting into motor. I saw the test for the plug behind booster is there any other things to check?
