210 Blower Resistor Question

Hello, How difficult is it to change the AC/Heater blower motor resistor? Are there any tricks to it? I'm assuming thats whats wrong with mine as it only blows one lower speed. Any help would be appreciated. thanks

210 body up to chassis number A73500/J036478 when replace blower regulator you must replace the blower motor too the early blower regulator is not longer available.
