Headlight Wiper

1994 E320 Wagon. Both of my headlight wipers worked. Then I changed the blade on the driver's side. I tested and they both worked. I tested again and the passenger side sprayed but the arm didn't move. The motor? A relay? A fuse? A connection? What gives?

Headlight wiper not

Check the nut on the end of the wiper shaft. If you find you can move the arm, then it's loose. Leaving the arm pointing forward, operate the headlight wash once to park the motor.Remember, the parking lights have to be on to wash/wipe the headlights.

Position the arm where you want it and tighten the nut.
