'96 W210 red & green flashing security lights
 

'96 W210 (E320) has both red & green security lights flashing for about 30 seconds after locking or unlocking with the remote. Did a search, replaced the batteries with new, resynched the remote both ways (as the instructions in the manual and the posts on the board) but they both still flash. Any help appreciated, thanks!

Tom, the same identical issue happened to me last week with my 1996 E320 and it turns out that the new batteries were bad. try another set of batteries.
