M116 what compression pressure?
I bought a gauge and did my measurements, but want to make sure they are good. I got 179-184 psi between all 8 cylinders. Seems high to me. Is my gauge off? Good news is only 3% diff between all cylinders.

Numbers don't sound unreasonable for an engine in real good shape. Was that wet or dry numbers? You don't want a big jump between dry and wet reading.
