Question Special Tool for Dist. Cap removal?

I tried to get the distributor cap off of my '88 300 CE. The two upper allen bolts came out fine. The third lower one is almost impossible to reach. Is there a special tool or trick to getting this bolt out so I can remove the distributor cap? Thanks

Did you take off the fan, and fan shroud?
unclip shroud and move it over the fan...then 3- 6mm allen bolts on the fan (that connect it to the fan clutch) allow both to come out... then youll have room.
