valve clearances 300TDT??

Lost my haynes book and I can't remember the valve adjustment clearances. Thanks

cold (~20 c) Intake- .10mm. Exhaust- .25mm
warm ( @60C +-15C) Intake- .15mm. Exhaust- .30mm
