Question SRS Light On / Off

A new problem, 2000 ML-320 - rear passenger side seat belt.
Dealer scoped and said the switch was intermittent in the passenger side seat belt (where you plug in or release the lap safety strap).

When the SRS light is on you can just touch or bump the buckle and the light will go out, sometimes it flashes are you dirve from vibration.

Is there an easy fix to repair the switch or is this another $200 replacement for a $25 item?

Thanks for your help.

The seat belt fastener (buckle) must replace to fix this problem.
