Trying to hookup a pair of projector foglights on a 400E. Only problem is the battery is in the trunk of the car. Is there anyother way to safely tap into the battery from the front of the car?

Or is there somekind of a universal pigtail adapter that I can buy and just draw power from the main headlights? I only want the projector foglights to come on when I activate the foglights.

How are the 500E bumper foglights wired? perhaps I could just do the same thing?

Any info would be greatly appreciated.
