How does one remove the black plastic covers on the front of the heads, to access the distributor caps. I didn't want to break them so was reluctant to pry too hard. I have no manual yet. Any pointers appreciated.

What I do, and I've not broken one yet, is push down on the top, and unsnap the bottom latch by pulling out with fingers on the other hand. In other words it unsnaps first at the bottom, then the top - and installation is the reverse.
