R129 Hardtop Defroster
 

My pano top defroster doesn't appear to be working, and I'm getting a runaround at the dealer.
Questions: If I put a voltmeter across the receptacle, should I see 12v with the switch on? And, what is the nominal ohm reading across the pigtail pins on the roof itself?
