W140 cruise cuts when ASR comes on?
 

95 S420 - I had the cruise set at about 45 mph the other day. I hit a big puddle, enough for some hydroplaning. The car slid ever so slightly, the yellow triangle lit for a second, then the cruise cut out. It is supposed to do that? Seems like it should.

Traction control will cut the cruise -- would you want the car to maintain a steady velocity while sliding on ice? (hehe!).
