Electric Folding Mirror
 

Hi everyone...

I am a new member in this forum. I owned a C-class C240 W202 year 2000, V engine 2.4 liters. I bought this just recently replacing my previous C200 year 1996.

I love this car as it has a bigger engine and much more powerful than the previous. I realise that in my country (Indonesia), all C-class W202 has not come with a folding electric mirror. It has an electric mirror but you can not fold it. The part number is 2108106416, while the part number for the foldedable is 2108106016. I would like to change mine to become foldedable as I saw in the internet that in the U.S. it comes with a foldable mirror.

My questions are:-
1. What shall I replace beside the mirror assy? (the switch, cables, fuse, etc.)
2. How difficult is it to replace it?
3. What is the estimate cost?
4. Can anyone help me to give information whether in the nearest country, such as Singapore, the W202 comes with the foldedable mirror so I can find the parts there?

Hallo Dra, apakabar.
About folding outside mirror, you should order from countries with right hand drive. Because the shape are different between the driver side and the passenger side. Hey, I also considering of buying a C240 is it any problem with yours? Considering it is a 4 yars old car.
